Our Mission
United Lutheran is an ELCA congregation on the north side of Racine, Wisconsin. This community exists to make the good news of Jesus visible through outreach to our neighbors, relevant welcoming worship, creation of communities of inclusion and learning, a commitment to advocacy and justice, and a call to care for all of God's creation.
We love working, worshiping, and serving alongside other Christians and faith traditions. Just look where we are located, sharing space with our sisters and brothers at North Pointe United Methodist Church and being a long time member of Racine Interfaith Coalition. Yes, we are physically located at 3825 Erie Street, but we also worship at nursing homes, meet in bars and coffee shops for bible study and fellowship, and serve at various community meal sites throughout Racine.
United Lutheran Church joyfully welcomes all people, and we mean ALL people, to gather around God’s story and meal on Sunday mornings at 10:45 a.m., to serve our neighbors, to learn and grow in study and small groups and to be curious about what it means to live out our faith as Lutheran Christians in an ever changing world.
Our mission: Joyfully welcoming all people to make the Good News visible.
